Ingredients of Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo)

  1. It’s 2/3 Cup of Mozzarella Cheese.
  2. Prepare 1/4 Cup of Parmesan Cheese.
  3. You need 1 of & 1/3 Cups Tapioca Flour.
  4. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Salt.
  5. You need 2/3 Cup of Milk.
  6. It’s 1/3 Cup of Oil.
  7. It’s 1 of Egg.

Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pão de Queijo) instructions

  1. Grate 2/3 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (85g).
  2. Grate 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese (85g).
  3. Place the Cheeses aside.
  4. Pour 1 & 1/3 Cup Tapioca Flour into a mixing bowl (170g).
  5. Pour 1/2 Tsp Salt into the mixing bowl.
  6. Set the Tapioca Flour aside.
  7. Pour 2/3 Cup Milk into a sauce pan (160ml).
  8. Pour 1/3 Cup of Oil into the sauce pan (80ml).
  9. Bring it to a boil.
  10. Once its boiling, pour it into the Tapioca Flour mix and whisk until combined.
  11. Crack one egg into the final mixture and whisk until combined.
  12. Pour in the Grated Cheeses and whisk until combined.
  13. Shape it into balls and place it on baking paper on a tray.
  14. Bake at 200 Degrees Celsius for around 15-20 Minutes until lightly golden brown and puffed up.
