Detox Spanish hervido step by step
- Bring a pan of water to boiling point and add the bayleaf, a generous pinch of salt and a dash of olive oil. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes, carrots and parsnip, cover and leave to simmer for 10 mins.
- Cut the onion and peel and halve the artichokes. Add to the pan and cover again. Leave for another 10 mins..
- Wash the beans and mangetout and add. Cover for a final 10 mins. Warm a serving dish in the oven..
