- It’s 3 cup of all purpose flour.
- You need 4 gm of instant dry yeast.
- Prepare 1 cup of water.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of powdered sugar.
- It’s 1/2 cup of milk.
- You need 1/4 cup of olive oil.
- It’s 1 cup of grated cheese.
- You need 1/2 cup of mix vegetables.
- It’s to taste of Salt.
- You need 2 tsp of mix dried herbs.

- In a bowl add water,sugar and yeast and mix it then wait for 10 min till yeast becomes froothy. Then add flour,mix dried herbs,salt to it and then add milk and Knead a soft dough.then atlast add olive oil and again Knead it for few seconds till dough becomes smooth,then let it rest for 2 hour till it double in size..
- Then once dough become double in size roll in evenly and then in centre of it pour grated cheese and vegetables of your choice..
- Then roll it tightly and make cut in between,then brush milk on top and then bake it for 35 min at 180.c..
- Once baked brush with olive oil and serve hot..
