Ingredients of Brazilian potato salad

  1. Prepare 250 gm of potatoes boiled,peeled and cut into 1 inch chunks.
  2. It’s Handful of boiled green peas.
  3. You need 1-2 of carrots cut and boiled.
  4. You need 1 of big onion finely chopped.
  5. Prepare 2 cloves of garlic minced.
  6. Prepare 1 bunch of Green coriander/parsley and mint leaves finely chopped.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
  9. It’s 1/2 tsp of lime juice.
  10. You need 1/2 tsp of apple cider vinegar.
  11. It’s 1/4 cup of mayonnaise.

  1. Take mayonnaise in a big bowl. Add onions, garlic, coriander and mint, salt, pepper powder, vinegar and lime juice to it..
  2. Now add potatoes, peas and carrots to this mayonnaise mixture..
  3. Keep it refrigerated for 1-2 hours..
  4. Garnish with finely chopped coriander and mint leaves..
